Kagawa to 'think hard' over United move
Borussia Dortmund star Shinji Kagawa has revealed he has met Sir Alex Ferguson amid reports suggesting Man United are lining up a move.
The 23-year-old only has a year left on his current deal with the double Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal champions, but so far has stalled on talks regarding an extension at the Westfalenstadion. Kagawa has scored 17 goals for the German giants this season and his performances have caught the eye of a number of clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea and AC Milan. However, United are believed to be leading the race for his signature and Ferguson was in the crowd to see the Japan international score in the recent 5-2 win over Bayern Munich. Kagawa said: "It was good that I was able to meet him (Ferguson) in person and talk. "I want to think hard before making my decision," he added. "I want to choose a team where I can take on challenges."
