Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp believes Marco Reus fully justified his hefty price tag with his performances at Euro 2012.
Despite only starting once, the winger impressed throughout the tournament, terrorizing opposing defences and scoring a stunning strike against Greece in the last eight. He will now link-up with Klopp's men next season after leaving Borussia Monchengladbach and the Dortmund coach believes the 17million euros they paid for him now looks a bargain. "Marco's performances stand out beyond doubt," Klopp told Welt am Sonntag. "His quality, coupled with our patience, is a good combination. He does not need to score four goals in his first game. "We want to help him become the player we see in him, who will be better than the one at [former club Borussia] Monchengladbach."
