Klopp lauds champions
Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp has described his side's title defence as "absolute madness".
Bayern Munich made Dortmund wait to reclaim their crown after scoring a last-minute winner at Werder Bremen earlier on Saturday. It only delayed the inevitable, however, as goals from Ivan Perisic and Shinji Kagawa helped Dortmund beat Borussia Monchengladbach 2-0 at the Westfalenstadion to seal an eighth Bundesliga title. "The way the team managed their title defence, it's absolute madness, there are no words to describe it. If ever there was a deserving champion, then we're it!" said Klopp. "My team has demonstrated an exceptional amount of character. It's crazy what we've been able to achieve."
