Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt has revealed Hamburg are interested in signing him but says a summer exit is no longer a foregone conclusion.
The Dutch forward was expected to leave Anfield after struggling to hold down a regular first-team place last term.
However, the departure of Kenny Dalglish may see Kuyt stay on. He admitted a new boss could convince him to extend his Liverpool career.
"If Liverpool get a new coach who wants to keep me and wants to give me more games than last season, then that is a possibility," Kuyt told Bild.
"Yes. HSV is an option. I am proud that such a great, wonderful club have shown interest in me. But there are other offers."
Kuyt joined Liverpool from Feyenoord in 2006 and has gone on to make 276 appearances for the Reds.
