Kuzmanovic eyes Stuttgart exit
Zdravko Kuzmanovic has made it clear that he will leave Stuttgart next year due to a lack of first-team opportunities.
The Serbia international midfielder joined Stuttgart from Fiorentina for a club-record 8 million euros in July 2009 and was a regular in the starting XI for his first few years at the club. But the 25-year-old has made only two appearances in the Bundesliga this term and was unequivocal when asked about his future saying: "It's simple. Next year I'm out of here." Stuttgart's director of sport Fredi Bobic was less than impressed with his comments and, while understanding the player's frustrations, felt he should have kept his thoughts to himself. "I can understand the disappointment when a player is only a substitute," he said. "But the way he did it was counterproductive. This does not show a lot of team spirit."
