Loew expects Bayern response

Germany coach Joachim Loew expects Bayern Munich to bounce back from their German Cup final defeat with a Champions League triumph.

Bayern looked well below-par in their 5-2 defeat at the hands of champions Borussia Dortmund in Berlin on Saturday and will need to improve if they are to lift the Champions League for the fifth time.
Jupp Heynckes' side have now lost five consecutive games against Dortmund, as well as the Bundesliga title. Loew does not think Bayern will show signs of a domestic season hangover in the Champions League final against Chelsea at the Allianz Arena this Saturday.
"I never expected this result. But especially based on the second half it's a deserved victory," said the Germany boss.
"Dortmund always show plenty of bite against Bayern, but I think we'll see a huge reaction from Bayern against Chelsea next weekend."
