Luhukay's Augsburg future up in air

Jos Luhukay's future as Augsburg boss remains uncertain amid reports he is to leave the club at the end of the season.

Luhukay is preparing his side to face Hamburg after reports in Germany suggested the Dutchman has offered to resign following a fall-out with chairman Walter Seinsch. Luhukay has managed to guide the unfashionable minnows to top-flight safety in their debut campaign in the Bundesliga but it seems it has not been enough to convince the board that he is the right man to lead the club forward. "Nothing has been decided yet," Luhukay said in his pre-match press conference. "We will make an announcement when the time is right once talks have been held."
