Bayern Munich striker Ivica Olic has confirmed that he will be leaving the club to join Wolfsburg at the end of the season.
The Croatia international has become a peripheral figure at the Allianz Arena and has made just three Bundesliga appearances for the club this term. He stated a few weeks ago that he would decide on his future and make an announcement at the end of the month and the 32-year-old has been true to his word, confirming to Bild that he has penned a two-year deal with Die Wolfe. The former Hamburg hit-man joined Bayern in 2009 but, after a decent first season, has not made much of an impact with the Champions League finalists. He is keen to secure regular first-team football and Bild have reported that he will earn six million euros per year at his new club.
