Injury boost for Clarets

Burnley have no new injury worries for their game against Aston Villa but a trio of stars are still some weeks away from returning.

Clarets boss Owen Coyle is expected to go with the same squad which drew 3-3 at Manchester City before the international break.

Midfielder Chris McCann and forwards Jay Rodriguez and Martin Paterson are the three players still in the treatment room.

Coyle reaches his second anniversary in charge of the team this weekend and a near sell-out crowd is expected at Turf Moor.
