Long earns international call

Burnley defender Kevin Long has earned his first Republic of Ireland Under-21s call-up.

The 21-year-old is yet to make a senior appearance for the Turf Moor outfit but has enjoyed fruitful loan spells at Accrington and Rochdale.
He will join the squad ahead of their European Championship qualifier against Italy in Sligo next Monday.
