Blades clash moved

Burton's Capital One Cup first round tie against Sheffield United will be played on Saturday, August 11.

As this season's competition begins ahead of the Football League campaign, clubs had the option to schedule their first round matches during the preceding weekend rather than the traditional midweek kick-off times. The two sides met for the first time in a competitive fixture last season in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, with the Blades winning 2-1 at the Pirelli Stadium after Justin Richards' goal gave Albion the lead. The game at Bramall Lane will kick-off at 3pm.
