McManaman on song as Latics cruise

Callum McManaman scored a magnificent hat-trick as Wigan continued their build-up to the new Barclays Premier League season with a 4-1 victory over Bury.

Spanish defender Roman Golobart opened the scoring for the Latics at Gigg Lane, heading in a corner after just 13 minutes. McManaman added the second and third either side of the interval before Max Harrop pulled one back for the npower League One side. However, McManaman had the final word as he finished off a mazy run with a fine finish into the corner.
