Harris on the verge
Cardiff City,

Malky Mackay would have already blooded winger Kadeem Harris in the Cardiff first team but for the circumstances the Bluebirds find themselves in at present.
Harris joined the Welsh club from Wycombe in January and has recently graced the substitutes' bench, but the 18-year-old has yet to make his debut under Mackay - whose team are on the verge of sealing a place in the npower Championship play-offs. The Cardiff manager, however, insists Harris is one for the future, speaking in glowing terms about his talents. Mackay told Wales Online: "I wanted to give Kadeem his debut and if circumstances had been slightly different over the last couple of months he would have played. "He has come to Cardiff with a zest to training, smiles every day and is desperate to learn and improve his game. "Over the coming years I believe he will be an extremely good player for this club. He has been among the substitutes a couple of times on merit and his chance will come."
