Whittingham named in PFA line-up

Cardiff midfielder Peter Whittingham has been named in the PFA npower Championship Team of the Year.

The 27-year-old has been an integral part of the Bluebirds' push for a place in the play-offs, netting 12 times in 52 appearances in all competitions this season. The former Aston Villa man also helped guide the Welsh club to a memorable Carling Cup final against Liverpool at Wembley.
