Winger swoop mooted

Cardiff City, 15:47, June 16, 2009 ,

Cardiff are understood to be lining up a move for Millwall winger David Martin, who will cost in the region of £1million.

After the Lions missed out on promotion from League One, speculation has been rife that the 24-year-old Martin could be on the move in the summer transfer window.
Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock sold the wideman to Millwall in 2008 after feeling that the former non-league player might not make the grade in the Championship.
But Martin impressed last season and the Bluebirds are believed to have joined Wolves in expressing an interest in the player.
