Carlisle manager Greg Abbott admitted being on the receiving end of a late equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Wycombe was tough to take.

The Cumbrians took the lead in fortunate circumstances when Jon-Paul McGovern's 62nd-minute strike hit the bar and rebounded in off Grant Basey, but they were pegged back when Stuart Lewis fired in a stoppage-time leveller. Abbott, who has seen his side score injury-time winners against Huddersfield and MK Dons in their last two games, said: "We had a bit of our own medicine, as we've had our own share of late goals. "But they've been on a really good run recently so it's a decent point in the end. "We thought we were going to win the game and that would've been a massive step in achieving what we want, but I've just told the players in the dressing room we can't be too disappointed, we can't be too down, we've got to pick ourselves up."
