Celtic slipped ten points behind leaders Rangers on Wednesday night but defender Darren O'Dea still insists the SPL title is not beyond the Bhoys.
The Bhoys had held the advantage against Hibernian thanks to a fifth-minute goal from Marc-Antoine Fortune goal but the visitors levelled through Anthony Stokes, before Danny Galbraith hit a dramatic injury-time winner to see Hibees close to within two points on third place.
Tony Mowbray's side have now fallen further behind in the table after Rangers won 2-0 at St Mirren but punters looking to use their free bet will have noted that the Hoops have not given up hope on regaining the title.
Defender O'Dea is under no illusions over the task ahead but he insists that the club is still in the hunt for SPL glory.
The 22-year-old told reporters: "We are very disappointed, there's no doubting that. We need to go on to Saturday (against Hamilton) and win. But we have a game in hand and have Rangers still to play twice so it's not over by any means."
"It is a big challenge. We are 10 points behind and it's no secret that we have to win games but it's not over."
Celtic are next in action on Saturday and will be determined to make amends for the midweek defeat when they take on Hamilton Academicals at New Douglas Park.
