Hooiveld focused on Holland return

Celtic, 17:06, August 26, 2010 ,

Celtic defender Jos Hooiveld believes his side will be fully focused when they take on Utrecht in their Europa League qualifier.

The Dutch centre-back returns to his homeland for the second leg after Celtic won 2-0 at Parkhead last week.
Hooiveld began his career in Holland but insists that he will be preparing for the game as he would for any other.
He said: "We play here with 11 against 11 as well so it's not really special. I don't have so much with the Dutch people in a football way and they don't have so much with me.
"If you're playing for Celtic, you have the proof there every week that you're worth that.
"I want to prove to them (Celtic) more that I am worthy of the shirt than I want to prove here in Holland what I can do in one game," he added.
The Hoops have had a strong start to the season, winning their opening two SPL games against Inverness CT and St Mirren, as they look to win back the title from Old Firm rivals Rangers.
