Neil Lennon is hoping Joe Ledley, Thomas Rogne and Beram Kayal will prove their fitness for Celtic's SPL trip to Inverness on Saturday.
The Hoops chief has been hit by several injury problems since the start of the new campaign due to the hectic schedule the players have been involved in. In the past fortnight the Hoops have played a friendly against Real Madrid in Philadelphia followed by a trip to Ross County in the SPL and then travelled to Sweden to face Helsingborg in Tuesday's 2-0 Champions League qualifier win. Ledley has a groin issue, while Rogne and Kayal are struggling with respective ankle problems to add to the players already in the treatment room. However, Lennon should be able to call on the services of Mo Bangura and Paddy McCourt in the Highlands. Lennon told Celtic TV's Huddle Online programme: "We had 11 players out going into the Ross County game and I need to see how many we'll have this time. "We're hoping Mo and Paddy will come into the squad. There is still a doubt about Daryl Murphy and Stokesy (Anthony Stokes). Filip Twardzik could come into the squad as well. "Joe Ledley has had a scan on his groin and he is a doubt, and Beram and Thomas are doubts with ankle problems." Lennon added: "It's a really tough schedule for the players, the amount of travelling they have done in the last couple of weeks. "We'll be forced to make changes but we will try to put out as strong a team as possible."
