Gary Caldwell will miss Celtic's Boxing Day clash with Hamilton through suspension and looks set to be replaced by Stephen McManus.
Scotland international Caldwell sits out Saturday's game having been dismissed in the 2-1 defeat at Hearts, forcing Tony Mowbray into a change for the visit of the Accies.
The Hoops boss though has been boosted by the news that midfielder Paddy McCourt has recovered from a groin complaint and he is included in the Bhoys squad.
