Young player scoop for Hoops ace
Celtic striker Tony Watt has been named as the Scottish Premier League's Young Player of the Month for August.
The highly-rated 18-year-old secured the award after he scored a brace in the 4-2 win at Inverness Caledonian Thistle which was his first start for the Hoops. Watt also helped Neil Lennon's men qualify for the Champions League group stages against Helsingborg in his four appearances for the SPL champions in August. He also enjoyed a successful spell on international duty as he scored in the Scotland Under-21s' matches against Luxembourg and against Austria respectively.
