The LMA has announced that Nick Barmby and Hull City have resolved their differences surrounding Barmby's sacking.
The 38-year-old was removed from his position in May and the club's owners, the Allams, replaced him with Steve Bruce the following month.
A statement said: "Barmby left Hull after comments made to the media about the club's transfer policy and accepts these could have been misconstrued.
"The club now accepts that he did not have any intention of disparaging the club or its owners."
Barmby left the Tigers with a record of 13 victories from his 33 games in charge at the KC Stadium after taking over from Nigel Pearson in November 2011.
