Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson is not content despite enjoying a creditable first season back in the Championship.

Posh brought the curtain down on their season with a 1-1 draw at Derby, a result which secured an 18th-placed finish. Peterborough have been one of the most attractive sides to watch in the Championship this season, with a total of 144 goals in games involving them. While pleased with the players' efforts during an often testing campaign, Ferguson has demanded more next term. "I'm not going to go overboard about our season. We can't get over-excited about where we finished," said Ferguson. "We've had a good season, rather than a great one. Don't get me wrong the players deserve enormous credit for what they have achieved, but the challenge now is to do even better next season."
