Holloway issues Grandin warning
Ian Holloway has told Elliot Grandin that he must improve his attitude if he's to earn a place in the Blackpool side.
The Frenchman moved to the club in 2010 but has regularly clashed with the boss and spent the second half of last season on loan at Nice. Holloway offered the 24-year-old a lifeline at the start of the campaign but, after failing to take his chance, the exuberant coach has warned the midfielder he must improve his attitude if he wants to break into the side. He said: "I've given him four really important words; commitment, encouragement, enthusiasm and enjoyment and asked him 'where are they?' "Until I get the right answers he won't get the chance to play, because other people have got those things in abundance, and sometimes I think he lacks them."
