Ian Holloway is pleased with how Blackpool have bounced back from relegation and says this season has been harder than two years ago.

The Seasiders face West Ham United in the play-off final at Wembley tomorrow almost a year on from their relegation to the Championship.
Blackpool rebuilt last summer and are one game away from a return to the top-flight at the first time of asking.
"It speaks volumes for everybody connected with the football club. Everything about this season was much harder than two years ago and I couldn't be prouder," said Holloway.
Blackpool have recent history on their side after winning the 2010 play-off final against Cardiff City and Holloway believes they are in prime form this time around.
"We've managed to improve all the way along and now we're in our best run of form all season," he added.
