Paul Jewell has urged the fringe players within his squad to prove themselves and force their way back into his plans at Ipswich.
The Tractor Boys are due to release a number of high-profile names in the summer with the likes of Jimmy Bullard, Nathan Ellington and Jaime Peters all set to depart Portman Road. However, Jewell insists that no-one is completely out of the picture and has urged his out of contract stars to prove they're worth a new deal. "I might have certain opinions of players but I am one of these managers whose opinion can be changed," he told the East Anglian Daily. "I am a massive believer in training. I have said Nathan and Jaime can move on, but if they are still here and give it everything they have got, things can change."
