Reading boss Brian McDermott has warned his players against complacency going into the final games of the season.

The Royals currently sit second in the Championship table, behind Southampton on goal difference, and have the chance to leapfrog the Saints when they travel to St Mary's on Friday.
Following Tuesday's win at Brighton, the Berkshire club now sit six points clear of third-place West Ham but McDermott says his players cannot afford any slip-ups and must maintain their focus.
"Individually you have to stop yourself getting ahead of yourself," he said. "I do that myself, I just concentrate solely on what we have to do and I try to keep thinking about what we have to do with preparation and what we have to do during the games.
"We have to take each and every game individually, forget looking too far ahead and don't look back," he added.
