Pennant excited by Wolves spell
Wolves winger Jermaine Pennant is relishing his loan spell at Molineux, saying he wants to set the club up for promotion.
The 29-year-old joined Wolves on a three-month loan from Stoke City last week and looks set to make his debut at Huddersfield on Saturday.
Pennant had initially revealed his dismay at leaving the Premier League outfit, but has now insisted he cannot wait to get going in the Championship.
"I'm excited to have made the loan move. Wolves are a massive club and it's been a tough game and a great encounter every time I've played against them," Pennant told the club's official website.
"Wolves are going well at the moment and are third in the table and hopefully I can help maintain that and give the team a boost."
