Poyet against more loans

Brighton boss Gus Poyet says he doesn't want the club to rely as heavily on loan players next season.

Poyet has brought in Sam Vokes, Joe Mattock, Gonzalo Jara Reyes, Gai Assulin and Abdul Razak to the AMEX Stadium in 2012, with mixed results as the Seagulls find themselves five points off the Championship play-offs. The Uruguayan admits he hopes to have new signings in place by July.
"We still need to improve a lot and that is something we are working on. I am always asking can I have my whole squad by the first of July so that everything we need to train for is done in July."
