Rovers seal midfield deal
Blackburn have signed Dickson Etuhu from Fulham for an undisclosed fee, with the midfielder penning a four-year deal at Ewood Park.
The Nigerian international becomes Steve Kean's seventh signing of the summer and will team up with former Fulham team-mate Danny Murphy at Blackburn. Etuhu cost Fulham £1.5million from Sunderland in 2008, but struggled to hold down a regular first-team place at Craven Cottage and will look to kick-start his career in the Championship. The 30-year-old, who has been described as a "midfield powerhouse" by Kean, will join up with the rest of the Rovers squad this weekend on their pre-season tour of Holland.
