Leeds United manager Neil Warnock has told incoming winger Ryan Hall to grasp his opportunity at the Yorkshire giants.

Warnock will meet the 24-year-old on Wednesday to finalise a loan deal, which could see the Southend man move to Elland Road on a permanent basis in January.
"He's a proper winger who can play on both sides and he definitely has goals in him. But it's a great move for him too and I hope that's how he sees it," the Leeds boss told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Hall came through the youth ranks at Crystal Palace and made his debut under Warnock in 2007. He was allowed to leave Selhurst Park less than a year later following off-field issues.
"He's similar to a few players in that he made mistakes in the early part of his career and, to be honest, that's why I got rid of him at Palace. But he obviously listened to what was said at the time because he got his head down, went to Southend and built himself up again," Warnock added.
