Addicks hope for striker move

Charlton are still hoping to wrap up a deal for striker Akpo Sodje from Sheffield Wednesday before the window closes.
It looked as though Charlton's hopes of landing the player were over after his loan spell ended and he returned to Wednesday, but boss Phil Parkinson is still hopeful of doing a deal.
Any move would have to be on loan but Parkinson has been quoted as saying the 'deal is not dead' and it is hoped that something can be sorted by the end of the month.
If not Parkinson will have to wait for the emergency loan window to open before pursuing a move.
