Defender ruled out

Charlton have been rocked by the news Johnnie Jackson is facing a spell on the sidelines after picking up a hamstring injury.

Jackson has impressed since arriving on loan from Notts County but he picked up the injury against Stockport at the weekend and boss Phil Parkinson says it does not look good.
Parkinson already has Grant Basey and Kelly Youga on the sidelines and admits he could be forced into the loan market once again.
"Jacko was due to have a scan on Monday," Parkinson told the South London Press. "I'm not a physio but experience tells me that it's not looking good.
"I'll be speaking to the board this week to see where we go from here and whether we can do anything."
