Charlton striker Yann Kermorgant has agreed a new deal with the club to keep him at The Valley until at least 2014.
The 30-year-old joined the club as a free agent last summer and went on to score 12 goals in his first season with the Addicks.
Kermorgant has wasted no time in putting pen to paper on the deal which includes the option of a further year following the club's promotion to the Championship.
"I'm really happy that Yann has agreed a new deal," manager Chris Powell told the club's official website.
"He was sensational last season. He came in and made a mark not only with the players and in the team, but with the supporters as well.
"I know they already think he's a bit of a cult hero - a real old-fashioned centre-forward."
