Pards waits on ZZ fitness

Alan Pardew says Zheng Zhi is a big doubt to face Wolves but has admitted his delight at keeping the player at Charlton.
The Chinese ace has been strongly linked with a move away from the Valley this summer and at one point it looked almost certain that he would be sold on.
However, the Addicks have managed to keep hold of him and Pardew will be glad to have him back in the side when he has recovered from a groin problem.
"Having ZiZi stay has come as a big bonus," Pardew told the Kent Messenger. "From my point of view I have a player who wants to be at this club, not one who will be sulking because he didn't move in the window.
"At the moment, he's nursing a groin injury and it will be touch and go whether he will be available for selection to face Wolves on September 13. But he needs a rest because last season, with his commuting to China for internationals, he suffered from burn-out."
