£25m Samba ace on way

Chelsea are reported to have agreed a £25million fee with Internacional that will see Brazilian star Oscar move to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues increased their offer, after failing with an opening bid of £20million for the 20-year-old midfielder, and this time the Brazilian outfit have decided to cash in on the player.
The youngster is due to arrive in London today as he prepares for the Olympics with Brazil and he is expected to take time out to wrap up personal terms and undergo a medical.
Chelsea officials do not anticipate any problems on that front and the Brazilian starlet could be unveiled as the latest big money signing by the end of the week.
