Blues agree £38m striker fee

Chelsea are reported to have agreed a £38million fee with Porto that will see Brazilian striker Hulk join the Blues.

The Blues may not have a manager in place but that is not stopping owner Roman Abramovich from pushing ahead with his recruitment drive and Hulk looks like being the next big money arrival. The Russian has already splashed out £32million on midfielder Eden Hazard from Lille this week and Hulk is set to become the second major signing of the summer. Hulk has already dropped huge hints on Twitter that he will soon be arriving at Chelsea and it seems the two clubs agreeing a fee has been the only thing holding up the deal. Reports now claim that the fee has been agreed and Hulk will become a Chelsea player by the end of the week.
