Chelsea are facing a battle to secure the signature of Malaga's highly-rated striker Salomon Rondon with Liverpool and Spurs also keen.
The 22-year-old is a man in demand according to his agent Pablo Martinez after scoring 11 times for the La Liga outfit as they qualified for the Champions League next season.
Martinez claims the three Premier League clubs are not alone in their interest in the Venezuelan international, who is also attracting attention from top sides in Germany too.
Mega-rich Malaga won't allow him to join the Blues or anyone else on the cheap, despite only shelling out £2.8m to bring him to Southern Spain from Las Palmas in 2012.
Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo believe it will take a fee in excess of £20m to prize him away as they want to funds to reinvest in their own squad.
Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo is in the market for a new striker after seeing Champions League hero Didier Drogba complete his move to Shanghai Shenhua in China this week after eight years at Stamford Bridge.
