Boss confident of keeping Cole

Chelsea, 13:13, July 25, 2010 ,

Carlo Ancelotti has insisted Chelsea have no intention of cashing in on Ashley Cole despite speculation linking him with Real Madrid.

Cole has made no secret of his desire to quit England following the break-up of his marriage and his former boss Jose Mourinho would love to have the full-back with him in Spain.
However, the Blues manager insists the player is not for sale and claims Cole himself is now happy to stay at Stamford Bridge.
"Ashley is a Chelsea player and nobody wants to sell him," Ancelotti revealed. "We want to keep him in our squad. I am 100% sure he will be at Chelsea this season.
"I consider him to be the best player in his position in the world. I don't need to talk to him. He is happy to stay at Chelsea. He never said he wanted to go. There is no chance he will go. No way."
