Chelsea are reportedly planning to shell out £25 million for highly rated Santos starlet Neymar.
The Express claim the Blues are lining up a bid for the 18-year-old who is regarded as one of the most exciting youngsters in world football.
He has already helped himself to 12 goals in 35 first team appearances which has brought him to the attention of a number of English clubs including Manchester City and West Ham.
City have already agreed a first option for the player with Santos ? which expires when Robinho's loan ends on August 4 ? while the Hammers had a £16m bid rejected earlier this month.
It's believed the Blues were behind the offer as they were looking to loan the striker to the Upton Park outfit for next season to aid his development.
Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti is now understood to have sanctioned another massive bid which would see the player arrive at Stamford Bridge immediately if accepted.
