Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has returned to training and says he will be fit for the Champions League Final on Saturday.
Cahill has not figured for the Blues since picking up a hamstring injury in the epic semi-final clash against Barcelona at the Nou Camp but it looks as though he has won his race for fitness. The defender returned to training with the rest of the Chelsea squad, including David Luiz, and as long as he suffers no reaction to the sesssion, he should be able to step it up more in the lead up to the Bayern Munich game. "I'm just happy that it's healed quickly," Cahill revealed. "We've worked really hard, all day, afternoons, and I'm fortunate enough to be back. Hopefully, I'll be fit, I will be fit, and hopefully I'll be out there if selected." Chelsea will also be praying that Luiz suffers no reaction and will be fit to play. However, Florent Malouda is still struggling and boss Roberto Di Matteo says he will be touch and go for the Final.
