Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao continues to be linked with Chelsea and boss Roberto Di Matteo admits he is an admirer.
Chelsea were heavily linked with a move for the Colombian star in the summer but a move failed to materialise and he remained with Atletico where he continues to impress. However rumours refuse to go away that a deal could happen in January and some reports have even claimed a deal is already in place for when the window re-opens. Such reports seem to be wide of the mark but Di Matteo refused to completely rule out an offer when quizzed about the possibility of Chelsea making a move. "I am sure he has caught the eye of every top club in the world," said Di Matteo. "He is a good player." Much will depend on the form of Fernando Torres between now and the January window opening but they will have to pay upwards of £45million if they wish to land Falcao.
