'Luck' key for Scolari success

Ricardo Carvalho is confident Luiz Felipe Scolari can lead Chelsea to glory if he just gets a 'little bit of luck'.

The Blues defender is a big fan of the Brazilian boss and believes he will get it right at Stamford Bridge in the second half of the season if lady luck smiles down on him.

"He did a fantastic job in Portugal," he told the club's official website. "I hope he will succeed here and, if he does, I will be happy because he is a good person.

"He needs a little bit of luck that everyone needs, so I hope luck in 2009 is coming to us."

Carvalho himself is still recovering from a knee injury but he has revealed he's on course to return to action soon.

"My style is if I feel all right, I go. I was feeling good but, of course, I am not 100 percent," he added on Setanta.

"I have to play more games but, when I feel all right, I want to have the ball and help my team-mates."
