Victor Moses has urged Wigan to accept the highest offer and let him move on as Chelsea prepare another bid.

Chelsea have already failed with one bid in the region of £4million that infuriated Latics chairman Dave Whelan, who wants closer to £10million for the striker. Roman Abramovich is set to make an improved bid while there is also interest from the likes of Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers so a bidding war could be on the cards. Moses has just returned from international and is hoping this future will get sorted out sooner rather than later. It also sounds as though he is not that fussy where he moves to as long as Wigan accept a bid and let him go. "I have heard a lot of offers are on the table. First of all Wigan have the final say but for me the highest bidder would take the day but right now I am still a DW faithful."
