Mourinho responds to Gunners' criticism
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says it is Arsenal and not his side who should be called "boring" in the aftermath of Monday's 0-0 draw.
There were chants of 'boring, boring Chelsea' late on at the Emirates as the Gunners' fans felt the visitors had settled for a point but Mourinho has responded to the jibes saying it should be Arsenal who are labelled as such for failing to score at home.
Mourinho said: "I think boring is a team that plays at home and cannot score a goal. That's boring. If somebody was boring, they were boring because Petr Cech made zero saves.
"You go to your stadium and you fill your stadium, in weather like we had on Monday, to see victories. There is not a home fan in any club in the world who goes to the stadium and expects his team not to win."
Mourinho's side, who sit fourth in the table but are just two points behind leaders Liverpool, entertain Swansea on Boxing Day and the Portuguese coach will hope for a win to keep the Blues in a title race that he has described as "unbelievable" this season.
