Oscar switch 'advanced'

Chelsea's bid to sign Oscar is at a 'very advanced' stage and the move is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
The Blues have already agreed a fee of £25million with his club Internacional, while the player is also thought to have undergone a medical after arriving in London with Brazil ahead of the Olympics.
Oscar now just needs international clearance but Internacional president Giovanni Luigi says they do not expect any problems on that front and the 20-year-old will soon be heading to Stamford Bridge.
The work permit will be the final hurdle and reports in Brazil say the deal will be completed by Friday.
"The situation is very advanced, but not finalised yet," Luigi told Terra. "Oscar has to get his work permit. He needs to have a certain amount of caps to play in England, but I don't believe that will be a problem."
Luigi has also confirmed that Chelsea will pay the sell-on fee to his former club Sao Paulo.
"I have also reached an agreement with Sao Paulo over their part," he added. "It's Chelsea that will pay that, not Internacional."
