Scolari drops Drogba hint

Chelsea, 15:58, December 22, 2008

Luiz Felipe Scolari has said Didier Drogba is 'completely' fit and could start for Chelsea against Everton tonight.

The Blues can go back to the top of the table with three points at Goodison Park and Scolari has revealed Drogba is 100 per cent fit and is ready to return to the starting line up.

"Drogba is ready to start now," said Scolari. "Maybe he will start tonight or maybe later. But he is ready and completely fit."

Now the big question is will the Ivory Coast star play alongside leading goalscorer Nicolas Anelka in a 4-4-2 or will Scolari switch Anelka out wide to accommodate Drogba.

Scolari says he is not convinced whether Drogba and Anelka could play together in a 4-4-2 after some mixed performances in training in the build up to the game and the Brazilian is keeping everyone guessing.

"We have worked in training with Anelka and Drogba and sometimes it has been good and sometimes not so good," Scolari added. "It has been 50-50."
