Star pledges Bridge future

Florent Malouda has committed his future to Chelsea after signing a two-year extension to his current deal at Stamford Bridge.
Malouda looked to be heading for the exit door at one point after failing to impress following his arrival from Lyon in 2007, but a string of impressive performances in the second half of last season convinced Chelsea to offer him a new deal.
The France international will now stay with Chelsea until at least 2012 and is looking forward to a push for silverware at home and abroad next season.
"I am now with Chelsea for the next three years," Malouda revealed. "I have many contacts, I am always in the news when the market opens, so now you can tell the news all over the world - I am fine at Chelsea.
"We will go for the league and Champions League next season."
