Jack Lester looks set to miss Chesterfield's trip to Sheffield United.

The veteran striker limped off during the first half of Sunday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy final win over Swindon with a groin injury. Defender Neal Trotman, who was cup-tied at Wembley, returns to captain the side while Craig Westcarr, who came on for Lester and scored the late goal which sealed Chesterfield's 2-0 victory, could start in attack. Loanees Liam Ridehalgh and Nicky Ajose also return to the squad after they too were ineligible to face the Robins. Manager John Sheridan is likely to freshen up his side further following their Wembley heroics with fit-again Mark Randall (broken hand), Gregor Robertson (hamstring) and Jimmy Juan (ankle) also pushing for starts.
