U's approaching full strength

Colchester boast a near fully-fit squad for their trip to Bournemouth in npower League One.

Defender Magnus Okuonghae made his return from injury after one game out to start last weekend's solid 1-1 draw at home to Sheffield Wednesday. Midfielder John-Joe O'Toole (hamstring) also made his first appearance for three months as a late substitute against the Owls and, having got 90 minutes under his belt in the club's midweek Essex Senior Cup final defeat, could be more involved this weekend. Midfielder Martin Rowlands is the U's only absentee as he recovers from a hamstring strain of his own which looks set to rule him out for the rest of the season. Manager John Ward made four changes last Saturday and the likes of Michael Rose, Matt Heath, Freddie Sears, Kayode Odejayi and Ashley Vincent will all be pushing for recalls against the Cherries.
